A beautiful, crisp day for a walk.

Off to the sides of the trail were odd little shapes which looked like-- depending on the size, shape and angle-- scraps of paper or flower petals or sea shells or spider webs.

A closer looked revealed that these are delicate ice formations.

We had a great time at the Hardy Lake 10K.

Walk on Sunday, June 7

Please join us on Sunday afternoon, June 7, for a 5K walk in downtown Bloomington. We will meet at the Courtyard by Marriott, 310 S College Avenue, at 1:30 to sign in, and the guided walk will start at 2:00. We will be learning about Hoagy Carmichael and passing by related points of interest including the Carmichael statue on the IU campus. A 10K map guided option will also be available. The walk is FREE for those walking for fun, fitness, and friendship only. The fee is $3.00 for those walking for IVV credit. Hope to see you on Sunday!
